Generally, any organic castor oil will work, and you can find it at many grocery stores! Just make sure there are no additives, even essential oils.
Steps for using Castor oil:
- Use a cloth the size of the area you’d like to treat.
- Soak the cloth in castor oil.
- Place the cloth on your skin and cover it with plastic wrap.
- Place a heating pad over the top.
- Leave it on for a minimum of 30 minutes, allowing the oil to soak into your skin and up to several hours.
- Wipe off your skin.
Do not use if pregnant or there is a chance you are pregnant!
